Skyrim Skill Interface Re-Texture

I have not had a lot of time to work on the mod since I first uploaded it. It's unfortunate because I had a lot of fun making it and learned quite a bit in the process (no I am not giving it up by the way). There are many things I plan on adding to it when I get the time, and I think that time will soon come. In the near future I would also like to broaden my horizons and create a few other mods.
